I just had a buddy ask me to brew a Blonde Ale as a favor. Only have a few weeks till we need to be ready to drink. Anybody care to recommend a can't-miss all-grain recipe? I've checked out the recipe database and saw some good options. But always interested in what folks on here think.

I'm thinking more "American" blonde than Belgian.

I've brewed more centennial blond than any other single recipe. It's always a hit with craft beer people as well as BMC people. Pretty accessible to everyone. I brewed 10 gallons for a wedding and was getting compliments on it all night. Great recipe.

I brewed this a couple weeks ago. I'll be kegging this weekend. I did this beer partly to try fwh for the first time in a safe way.
