I'm fermenting a Bigfoot Barleywine clone which calls for dry hopping. I'm planning on racking to a secondary after fermentation is finished and letting it sit for 1-2 months. I'm going to dry hop in the secondary, but what's the best time? Should I wait till 5-10 days before bottling and dry hop it then? After secondary it's going into bottles and then into storage for a while.

I haven't made a barley wine yet, but I think you'd get better, longer lasting aroma if you dry hopped for 14 days or more. 5 - 10 days seems a bit short for a beer that's going to be aged for some time.
