Looks like it would be a great start. The only mill I've seen though is the one I use at my LHBS, lol.

Been discussed before. Only 1-1/4" roller diameter and made of aluminum. Not such a great start and you sill have a ton of modification to do.

Meh, that looks like alot more work and money than the stainless steel pasta rollers at Art/Craft stores. ($13)

It is probably better quality, but then again it is harbor frieght...

+1. I'd not want to have put the amount of work into it that it will take to make it work...

But don't let that deter you from figuring out how to do it. It might be very simple to do. I just don't see it.

I was in there the other day and had the same thought! But then I noticed it was aluminum and that ruined it. Aluminum will not hold up to the job. Probably end up with bits of metal in the end product!

Oh well...
