I don't eat bread, pasta, or starches. I get my bread from the beer ;-)
Eat a high protein diet, veggies, fruits, cheese, eggs, etc. Cut the bread and starches and you can have a few beers a day without packing on the pounds.
I lost 60 pounds when I did p90x last year. Just follow that diet, workout when you can, and good bye beer gut!
