I have a question and i know you guys here are always able to help.
I had a beer up in Frankenmuth Michigan at Zenders (famous for their chicken dinners). They had a wonderful golden pilsner named Cowpath. The best i can describe it is "buttery".
Has anybody ever heard of this? I cant find it anywhere and the store in frankenmuth did not carry it.
Any recipe suggestions for a "buttery" Pilsner?
