Copper tubing size question

I have some 1/2" refrigeration tubing (1/2" OD)that I need some fittings for. Is 3/8" NOM the right size? What does NOM refer to? Thanks

did you try 1/2" fittings? Not sure what NOM is, but with the compression fittings and such that I've bought in the past it's all been the same size as the copper.

yes 3/8 NOM fitting for 1/2 refrig tubing

tubing is measured in OD
pipe IE:soft copper non refrig. is ID
