My friend was left with a sankey keg of beer from a wedding. I'm set up for ball lock, and have no plans of ever doing sankey. I bought a cheap chrome sankey coupler, and ball lock adapters for it. The inside of the liquid part of the coupler looks like exposed brass. Not sure if it's supposed to be chrome plated in there too? Is this ok? I figured I'd use this coupler for the odd time that this happens, but if it's not a good idea to run beer through this, I'll return it and look for a cheap stainless steel one.

If it matters this is a Perlick I picked up on clearance at my LHBS for $34.
