Can you recommend a carboy temperature control that includes cooling? I'm brewing Saturday and the leaving town for a week, but it only now dawns on me that it's going to be hot here and I have no way to control my carboy temps.
I was thinking of submerging it in water, but that won't really help with cooling.
Thoughts?
