I just finally installed a computer fan in my keezer when I realized that the temperature near the top of the keezer was up near or above 50 degrees. I have the temp controller set to 37 and the probe zip tied to a soda can sitting on the hump of the keezer.

Anyway, I've felt that my beers never felt as carbonated as I thought they should be. Currently I have a saison kegged and have the PSI set at 18 and it still tastes like it could be carbonated a bit more. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar and if that temp differential could have that much of an impact on the carbonation within the keg.
