Hey all,

I cold crashed a batch Friday morning with the intention of bottling this weekend, but one thing led to another and now it's likely I won't be bottling until this Wednesday.

Is that going to cause any issues? Could being that cold (37*F) that long stress the yeast and cause off flavors?

Thanks!

The only danger is oxidation if air is being sucked back in during the cold crash. In particular the higher solubility of CO2 in beer at lower temperatures causes suck-back well beyond just the shrinkage of the gas in the headspace. However it takes days to equilibrate, so with a short cold crash you don't get the full effect but with a longer one you do.
