I just brewed my Black Pepper Dark IPA last night and I totally forgot to take a hydrometer reading because I flaked out a little. If anyone has one of those computer calculators that can come up with an OG from a recipe I would love it if you plug this in and tell me what my approx. OG is. Also, I dont know what I want to dry hop with, any ideas?
7.5 pounds light malt extract
1 pound 120 L crystal malt
.5 pound toasted barley
2 oz. sterling (60 min)
3/4 oz cascade (aroma)
