Calling on Coloradans

Flying into Denver tonight for work and landing around midnight. I have to drive to Longmont and would love to grab some food and taste some great local beer on my way. Any advice on what would be a good choice? Not too far out of the way and open late? Doesn't have to be a brewery I guess a tap room or bar with decent food is enoguht for me.

Oskar Blues is one of my favorites in Longmont. They have pretty good food and a nice selection of guest taps, as well as all of their own stuff, which ain't too shabby.

And, if you have time and are up for more beer, Left Hand's tap room is pretty close by. Can never go wrong there.
