Beats pulling the boiling hot bag put of the wort.

I went with 4 bolts because the place I went for parts sold carriage bolts in packs of four.

Started using one of those about 4 years ago. Haven't used it in a long time. Feel I get better results from the hops floating free.

I use one and think utilization is just fine. For huge hop beers (like Pliney clone) I do some of the late additions in their own hop bag and toss them into the BK outside of the hop spider bag.
