Brewing is fun

Right now I am fighting some blow off with my brew. I can't find my blow off hose, since I never had to use it... Thank goodness I don't work today, but this is fun. Keeping the airlock clear from blockages and the whole shibang covered by a towel tent held up by beer bottles. That why if she blows, the towel catches it. It makes me feel needed. I can't wait till this one is bottled either, I am proud of this recipe. It is a Belgian Dark Imperial India Pale Ale and should be exquisite, in my eyes anyway. This will be a fun story to tell along with serving it.

Any other fun stories with recent batches?

Dude, bust over to the Depot and buy yourself some 1/2" clear PVC tubing.
