Hi all,
I've been reading threads off and on for a year or so. Never thought to look up any brew related info online but found this site when I did. Anyway, I just pitched yeast into a fresh batch of Porter. Now I'm on a quest to find gaskets for a couple of Model 1891 Corny kegs.
I only brew about 4-5, five gallon batches each year on average. I've recently got into brewing homemade sodas for fun. Locating ingredients is certainly a challenge! I spend the rest of my time looking at the Universe in detail, shooting guns and working. Luckily my job is just as much fun as anything else I do.
