I think I am changing mine up after this latest brew.
The new name will be "Thin Line Brewing" - denotes the thin line between indulgence and over-indulgence. I think I am going to start using song names for my beer names. Maybe do "band series".
I dunno.
When I restarted brewing towards the end of 2014, I decided on Time for 9 Brewing. It couples two of my biggest passions, brewing and college basketball.
First person to guess the significance gets a big old "Congratulations" from me.

While I can definitely sympathize with idiotic administration as well, the part that really jived with me was seeing the term "kilju" used by a non-Finn. It's great to see that something so reviled here can still make enough of an impact to be accepted as a term on the other side of the Earth. =)I make mostly fruit and berry wines and, since the fermentable carbohydrate is mostly added sugar, it should more properly be called fruit kilju.
