I've only brewed 4 batches. Getting ready to do a pumpkin ale. For my 3rd and 4th batches, I used the bottled water from Home Depot and Lowes (I don't trust our city water coming from the garden hose).
In the thread for the pumpkin recipe ale I hope to follow, there were a couple of postings regarding water profile and the addition of minerals.
Is this an issue when using these bottled waters for brewing?
