It has been a while since I've been able to brew! But I have a lager that has been sitting in the fermenter lagering for some time and it is time to bottle it up.
Well, I was at my parent's house yesterday and noticed a bottle of blueberry juice sitting in the fridge and was reminded of a friend's request to make her some blueberry lager.
So what I was thinking of doing was with a part of the lager is using the juice for priming sugar when bottling.
Any reason this wouldn't work? How much would you use for a gallon of beer? The bottle says it has 18 grams of sugar per 8oz serving.
