I brew a lot of beer, but don't make a lot of mead. I have a copy of "The Compleat Meadmaker" from around 2003, which of course pretty much predates staggered nutrient additions and (I imagine) other advances. Is there a more modern mead "bible" anyone can recommend? TIA.

I have "The Complete Guide to Making Mead" by Steve Piatz ~ 2014. It is really helpful and I use it often. He offers a few "recipies" but also does a nice job of encouraging you to try your own combinations.
