When iced into you home for now day 3 you have plenty of tasty beer available. Technically I could get out of here but it's not worth it.

Agreed. We had some bad ice/snow on Friday. We were supposed to go to a bar, but having so much great beer at home made it easier to stay at home.
What is a bar?
I only go to a bar when I want to meet someone. Why else would I leave my comfortable home and drink inferior beer?
There was a special beer event and our local home brew club was having a get together. But you're right, we never go to a bar just to go to a bar. There is always some reason - meeting people, special beer tasting, dinner, etc.
