Hi, thanks for the opportunity to join. I am getting back into home brewing after many years of absence. I started by brewing from scratch using the ingredients, apparatus and tried and tested recipes that were available to us some 50 odd years ago. I am hoping to pick up some tips on the way things are done now, and hopefully can offer some of the experience of how we used to do things that may still be of benefit in this day and age.
