I just started my first few brews (4 gal. batch of cider, 2/1 gal. batches of mead, and 1 gal. batch cyser). Looking forward to communicating, sharing and getting advice from others. I have been using this platform to gather a lot of information and am excited to join other brewers in their brewing journey
