I have a six of Winter White that is fresh (1 month off the bottling line) with what appears to be very healthy and substantial slurry in the bottles. I have decided this yeast will be my first crack at culturing from a bottle, as the amount available looks like easy mode to me.

This beer is delicious! Has anyone worked with this yeast, or attempted to clone this brew?

Its a White Labs Belgian strain that throws banana and clove, so I don't know how it would work for a traditional hefe but that doesn't mean you can't try it!

The recipe should be pretty straight forward since there are no spices, pretty much just two row and wheat malt or a wheat extract. Some minimal hopping (saaz or continental german hops) to balance it and you should be pretty close to Winter White.
