I am thinking of doing this but dont know if it will be good?
5gl apple cider
3.3lb 65/35 wheat/barley extract
chill 4gl apple cider add to fermenter
mix 3.3lb extract with 1gl apple cider boil 20 min.
cool it down and add mix to fermenter.
but I dont know about yeast?
