Hi - I've moved to Colorado from VA and have quickly learned everyone and their mother uses 5-star chemicals. 5-star doesn't offer PAA anymore though and it's really the only chemical I trust for sanitizing. Has anyone in this region found a brewery using or source of PAA? Thanks in advance.
