I've done a lot of searching on OG and a lot of reading, but I have a question that I didn't see really answered anywhere (although I'm sure it has been answered 7,179,834 times before). I just brewed my second batch of All-Grain today, and the OG came in at a temperature-corrected 1.045. The recipe called for an OG of 1.049. I know it's only 0.004, but what I don't know is how big a deal that is. I'm not worried about it really, but I don't know what 0.004 will mean to the beer either.
Thanks.
Thanks.
