Decided I didn't need any sleep tonight, so I thought I'd brew a spur of the moment, winging it Saison.
6 Pale ale
2 6 row
.5 20L
.25 Carastan
1.5 Rice (cooked )
1 corn Grits (cooked)
1 Magnum 60
.5 Sarachi 20
1 Cascade 5
And a little spice
Some Cardimom, Long pepper And coriander
Wyeast french saison
I know, it's completely off style, but since I brew for me, WTF!
40 min in to the mash as we speak:rockin:
