I'm setting up and testing whether I'll be able to use my shirron chiller with gravity feed this afternoon and if so I'd like to brew soon. Besides the slow flow rate does anyone have some advice on using this thing. I was concerned about clogging between the plates so I thought that a stainless mess hose would stop that but what else am I no thinking of?
