I have about 4.6 gallons of 1.08 cooled wort. How much water do I add to get the OG down to 1.073?
Can anyone help me with the math for this? My high school chemistry is failing me!
(yeah, I know I could just add a few pints of water and shake it up and check again, but I don't like shaking big glass carboys)
