2 or 3 Roller Grain Mill

What, besides the obvious, is the difference in 2 and 3 roller mills? Is it worth it to spend the extra dollars for a 3 roller crankandstein or monster mill?

yes and no if you can malt condition then no but if you are like me and dont want to then save up for the 3 roller its VERY NIIICCEE!

I love my 3 roller crankandstein... on the stock gap setting I jumped from about 72% efficiency from the LHBS to a little over 82%. Not saying you can't get that with a 2 roller but this was my first 2 uses of it and I couldn't be more pleased.
