Cereal Killer mill issue

I’ve had my Cereal Kill grain mill for about 10 years and has been great with no issues im until recently. The last couple of batches I have run through it, I have had to empty the hopper as the non powered roller was not rolling. It moves just fine by hand with no grain. It will also work with a pound or less of grain. And more than that, it gets stuck.

I have not made any changes to it recently. Last time I changed anything was 2 years ago to get a tighter BIAB crush. .028 I believe.

Do you think after all this time it has debris making it get stuck? Anyone take theirs apart?
