Default Ideal Hose Diameter?

I am currently figuring out what equipment I will be buying. I have most of it figured out, except a few things. Can anyone give me any insight on what diameter lines would be best to put inside a keggerator? I was thinking the smaller diameter hoses would cause less foam???

Yep 3/16 id for under 10 foot runs does the trick if you run longer 1/4 will work I would still use the 3/16 though.
