Hello,
I'm Shadow, and I'm from Battle Ground Washington.
I typically am the only person drinking my beers, so I only brew 5 gallon batches at a time.

My current favorites are Brown Ale... (A slightly modified Moose Drool recipe,) and Black Ale.

I hope to learn more about brewing so that I can improve my efficiency, as I'm currently sitting at a brewhouse efficiency of about 55%.

Hey Shadow, welcome to the forum! I grew up in Woodland Washington which isn't too far from you. Post some more information on your brewing technique etc. and I'm sure the group here can help you out with your efficiency problems.
