Will these solenoid valves work?

I found these on ebay:

Normally closed
0 to 115 psi

valves4projects is the seller.

Would they work? They are much cheaper than the ASCO red hats

Yes, they will work. I bought a similar valve from valves4projects.com last year and it's performing flawlessly. I would suggest that you contact their tech support and tell them what you are using it for. You will want to tell them that it's for propane (or whatever) and the pressure you will be using. Ask them which valve would be the best choice for your application. Their customer service & techs are excellent and will respond quickly. I bought a 3/8" valve that they suggested for low pressure applications. Something about it sealing better at low pressures than the one I had originally selected. This is why I think you should ask for their advice on which valve to use. Some are more suited to specific applications than others.
