12/21/12 - End of the World Brew

I figure no time like the present to prepare for the end of the world. I am trying to determine what I would like to have as my last beer. I figure it would need to be strong since time may be limited and smooth since I want to enjoy my last beer. I would also need something that would age well since it will be sitting for two years aging and mellowing. So here are my options:
- Barley Wine
- Tripple or Quad
- Old Ale
- Wee Heavy

Thoughts? I would like to brew on 12/21/10 so it truly is 2 years old.

I too want to brew a biggie 2 years from the big one...my choice would be a quad or wee heavy...now I have to come up with something to brew now that this gem of an Idea has been presented
