If I were to interrupt lagering to set the fridge to 50-60 to ferment a 2nd beer, would that ruin my lager?

Example:
Let lager #1 ferment at 50 (or whatever yeast I use).
Let Lager #1 lager at 34 degrees for a week.
Lager #2 needs to ferment, so fridge is set at 50 again (so lager #1 is now at 50 again).
Lager #2 is done fermenting, fridge goes back to 34 degrees.

Thanks!

Depending on how long it has been fermenting, you could turn your Lager into a "steam". I'm not sure if it will kill the yeast all together but I wouldn't think so, I think your chances of turning it into the steam style like I already said is more likely. Why don't you just move the 2nd beer into the garage/closet where it will be warmer?

It won't ruin it, but it will adjust the flavor profile, like hmmm eluded to. It all depends upon how long you keep it at that higher temperature. Seeing as beer #2 will be a lager too, I'd wait to start that one until lager #1 is done. Make an ale (or 2) in the mean time.
