Hey there,

Picked up a four pack of this stuff the other day. It's a 12% triple IPA. Typically it takes me a little while to get through a beer this big. I've always read that one should not cellar an IPA and are always better fresh. With a beer this size what do you guys think about letting a couple sitting around to mellow out? Yay or nay?

Cheers

This is one that is almost made for cellaring. It'll turn into a barleywine with age, and from the one taste I had a year or two back (fresh), it will probably taste better after a year or three.
