A lady in our homebrew club brought peanut butter cake and it was awesome. It was kind of a sheet cake thing. I never got the recipe.
Peanut butter balls (dipped in chocolate) is kind of easy and pretty tasty. And they can be eaten while walking around, which is nice.
I think Stout brownies are pretty popular and very tasty. Recipes all over the Internet.

My middle son loves making peanut butter balls. You mix peanut butter, honey & crushed gram crackers together, then fridge until it firms up. Then shape into small balls & dip in melted chocolate chips & place on wax paper or plastic wrap to set up in the fridge. Store in airtight container in the fridge until serving time. Quite addictive.

Caramel apple pie is quite addictive as well. Or pancakes with rollo's in'em.
