I joined on of the beer of the month clubs and the Cottonwood ENDO Ipa was one of the choices. It was pretty good, and I am looking to make a clone of it.
According to the website it contains: 2-row, cara, and crystal. Hops are chinook,magnum, and cascade.
My attempt at the recipe is below, Im pretty happy with the grains, but I have no idea on the hop schedule or ordering of them. Im guessing thery need to be split up alot more.
Briess 2-Row Brewer's Malt ----- 9 lbs, 8 oz
Crisp Crystal Malt 15L --------- 1 lbs, 0 oz
Weyermann Cara Foam ® ------- 0 lbs, 8 oz
Magnum Pellets, GR .5 oz @ 60 mins
Chinook Pellets 1 oz @ 30 mins
Cascade Pellets 2 oz @ 10 mins
Wyeast Labs American Ale (1056)
