Looks like a great day!
Our pups are getting to know eachother. Axel is MUCH more energetic now that we have another dog. Happy to see him less depressed.

Just can't trust a person who doesn't have a dog....
That's the issue right there. We don't own them. They're family. We don't save dogs, they save us. If you don't understand this statement you're definitely with the wrong crowd.I like dogs. Especially when they belong to other people. Just not a fan of owning a dog myself.
My granddaughter says Loki...If that helps! [emoji16]Here is our soon to be new brew dog. He's an English Mastiff that's a week old in this picture. I get to go get him in mid-August. We're still working on a name for him, though. It's either gonna be Loki, or Zeuss.View attachment 577315
I'm leaning towards Loki, but about half the family want the other name. I was gonna name him Vorlauf, but that got shot down quick, lol. I thought it sounded cool...My granddaughter says Loki...If that helps! [emoji16]

My vote is for Loki also and he won't be a "puney god"Here is our soon to be new brew dog. He's an English Mastiff that's a week old in this picture. I get to go get him in mid-August. We're still working on a name for him, though. It's either gonna be Loki, or Zeuss.View attachment 577315
I hope not! I'm expecting him to be 225+ when he's full grown! My last mastiff was a female and she topped out at 165 pounds, and she was the runt of the litter. My vote is for Loki also and he won't be a "puney god"
Oh I was agreeing with you! That reference was from the avengers movie and what Hulk said to Loki after a smashing interaction.I hope not! I'm expecting him to be 225+ when he's full grown! My last mastiff was a female and she topped out at 165 pounds, and she was the runt of the litter.
I knew what you meant, but I'm so tired, after work that I couldn't figure out how to respond. I think I may need a beer to blow the cobwebs out of the space between my ears.Oh I was agreeing with you! RIP Duke.Duke left us yesterday. 14 years is a great run but what I'd do for just 14 more days. RIP, big guy. I promise I'll find you again.View attachment 579368

That looks like the inside of my car, my house, and most of my clothes during shedding season. I only have one Newfoundland now but I had a Newf and 2 Newfoundland/Great Pyrenees mixes up until recently. They were double-coated dogs and the amount for fur I'd comb out of them the 2 or 3 times of year they shed was ridiculous.
