Im fermenting a breakfast stout using Nottingham yeast. it had a og of 1031 so im wondering what would be a good be good beer to throw on the yeast cake. something with a higher og but what?

Thanks for the help in advance

RIS would be fun, but it's really not that much harder to rinse ("wash") the yeast with cooled boiled-water, separate the yeast from the trub, and then you can pitch into just about any batch except for the lightest of ales.

Actually most any Stout or Porter would work. Oatmeal, Dry Irish or RIS. Brown or Robust Porter. Have a blow-off tube ready!
