The key is to mash low since this yeast has an average attenuation of 67.5% and this beer finishes dry. I mashed at 150* and went from 1.054 to 1.010
This is very close. I did a side by side with the original and could not pick the original blind folded. They say it is a 11 SRM on their website, but the original was lighter in color by a couple SRM though.
