Hi guys,
Just ordered two extract kits and plan on doing 1 a week after I get ingredients and another about a month later. I just want to make sure I have a proper understanding of storage for all ingredients used. So here it goes:

1week storage:
Hops(freezer)
LME(cool dry area)
crushed Grains(fridge)
Wyest Pack(fridge)

1 Month Storage:
Hops(Freezer)
LME(cool dry area)
crushed grains(Freezer)
White Labs Vial(fridge)

Any corrections on this? If anything, I was thinking the 1 week supplies could just be left in my basement(minus the yeast).

Thanks for the help
