The percentage of roast might be a little high. I think this recipe needs more specifics. By roast, I assume you mean roasted barley, what's the OG and IBUs, how much hops are you adding at boil, what type of stout are you trying to make (dry, sweet, foreign extra, american, russian imperial)?
