I am 15 minutes into the boil of a Belgian dubbel or tripel, depends on the final color.
Side note: I am using home made candi syrup, heated to 300*F , if anyone knows he srm value for it, that would be nice to know....
Anyways, I have been switching off between North Coast's PranQster (Golden Strong) and Real Ale's Devil's Backbone (Tripel) and am feeling quite good. I don't usually start drinking till after 5, but I am enjoying my last week off before starting a new job where I work 12+ hours a day, 7 days in a row
