Another Awesome Hefeweizen

Welp, I now have three weisse-bier's on teh way :rockin:

This one was a simple kit with 6 lbs of wheat dme and some tettnanger and saaz hops.

i added 2 oz each of munich and acid malt. used wlp300.

was a little worried about it this morning, cuz it wasn't bubblin enough (i was very confident in my starter) but came home from lunch and she's bubblin away with a beautiful krausen.

in two weeks i can start on my wheat beer binge

i think i'm going to brew a dunkel this weekend and use the yeast cake from my DB Bavarian Weisse-bier

Love me some wheat beer. I am brewing a heffe this weekend.

I have 3 wheats I've done in the last 2 weeks as well. One stout dunkelweizen, one wit and one dunkelweizen. Luv dem Wheat beers!
