In terms of how long the brew day is?

I started yesterday at ~8:30 (writing the recipe at that time), I was done at 1:00. It takes a little while to get your processes down, but once you do, it's maybe five hours start to finish.

I used to do extract batches in about 3 hours total. AG is about 6-7. It has to be a joy to brew or you'll be bummed. I get a stogie, crank some tunes and enjoy my day outside. Results are worth it for sure!

If you are thinking about it..do it!

With batch sparging and heating the first runnings immediately, AG adds less than 90 minutes to the process.
