hey yall..
i have made 6 all grain brews and 20+ extract...the last 3 out of 4 all grain have been really yeasty finish...whats my problem... if i leave it for a month or so at 39F it gets 70% better, but ive never had this problem before.....
 
You'll need to post more information about your process to get to the bottom of this, I think.

There's a similar post in 'General Techniques', though that poster does have as many brews under his/her belt. I'd keep an eye on replies to that post as well.

Good luck. I can imagine that it has an serious effect on your enjoyment.

Gelatin will drop that yeast in your secondary. Re-rack and bottle. Clear beer.
 
Something as easy as decanting the bottle?

Assume you leave 1/4 inch at the bottom of the bottle after a gentle pour?

But yeah, +1 on more info.
 
the last two beers were a double ipa and a cali common... both fully drinkable now, accually awesome, but its almost 3 months later....i have no problem waiting for perfection its just puzzling to me why this is happening in my all grain and not extracts
