Yes, I know, the horror of not brewing for so long:cross: Anyway I decided to restart my brewing career with a big'un. I'm doing a Duvel Clone from AHS. Once that's in the bag I'm looking at doing something I can enjoy yet this year, possibly a Blonde Ale. Anyway just wanted to say I'm happy to be back brewing:mug:

Welcome back! I would recommend checking out the recipes for either the Centennial Blonde or the Cream of Three Crops Cream Ale. Both are AMAZING, quick brews that always get good remarks at parties.
