Hello,

I found this link quite helpful.
I have always brewed from extracts, and this contains good info
for beginning/intermediate brewers. I needed a refresher (hadn't brewed
in a few years) and this helped.
I can't speak about all the info on the site, but from what I've read on beginning brewing, it is quite good.

As with everything - don't use one source as gospel....read up, ask people and get as much info as you can. After all, what can be more fun that learing about beer?

There are also Appendices at the very bottom of the page.

WOW! The Dude posted a bad link.

And buy the book guys. Palmer has to pay for the makings somehow.

Hey I know what you mean, It's been 3 years sense I brewed anything.
Like you i am a extract brewer, the good news is i have a West coast Blonde Ale
in the secondary almost ready to bottle.
